Who has never heard this kind of psychological myths? Surely more than one has heard around him negative things about psychology. These psychological myths are gradually declining, as more and more people are interested in science that studies human beings, emotions and behavior.

1. THOSE WHO GO TO THE PSYCHOLOGIST ARE EVIL OF THE HEAD OR ARE VERY WEAK

Just as when we have some physical illness we go to the doctor, when you feel emotional discomfort you can go to a psychologist, it is not bad or abnormal.
2. TIME CURE EVERYTHING
Time does not heal, what heals is the person who has acquired a favorable attitude over time so that the problem can be solved. There are those who improve over time because they have the tools to improve and do what is appropriate for their cure.

I think we have all heard opinions like this sometimes. We should not judge professionals like that because as I said before, there is everything in all places. Some psychologists if it is true that they have had great problems and therefore have been interested in studying the race, to help themselves or someone important in their environment.
This should not be negative, since people who have been through problems are more sensitive and can better understand their patients.
Some are against psychology and make these psychological myths remain in time, others in favor, what is clear is that any psychology professional has made a career in which he has studied human behavior and psychological processes and emotional.
With that learning they can help people improve their discomfort, it is a science that is not exact or perfect, but well used by a good professional can change a life.
